ProLeedz-CRM is intended to offer a comprehensive set of features that will benefit organisations of all sizes. Features are released regularly so if there’s something that you need urgently drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do to help.
The purpose of this guide is to help new ProLeedz-CRM users to configure the system and become familiar with some of its features. Follow this link for more comprehensive system documentation.
To activate your ProLeedz-CRM account (not registered yet? create an account here), follow the instructions that are contained in the ProLeedz-CRM account activation email. Once completed you will receive another email confirming that your account is active and that you can use it to access the ProLeedz-CRM system.
Charity or Commercial
ProLeedz-CRM can be configured for use by charities or commercial organisations. The charity configuration changes the system nomenclature, some system features and and some workflows to make the system more suited to small charities. The default configuration is more suited for commercial organisations.
The very first time that you sign-in to the ProLeedz-CRM system you will experience the standard commercial configuration. This can be changed at anytime without any loss of data using the User Profile page . Any changes you make to the configuration will be preserved and remembered the next time that you sign-in.
